The main reasons for the unstable current during the laser marking machine process are incorrect laser selection, poor connection of the main board, wiring board, power supply or control line, and failure of the cooling water circulation system. Teach you the following solutions: 1. In the parameter setting, see if the laser type is correct, this is the main cause of continuous lighting failure. 2. Pull Jiurui's control line to see if there is any loose control line. The connection is unreliable. 3. Take off the control wire (nine-core wire) on the power supply, press the button of the laser power supply, and analyze whether it is a power failure or a motherboard failure. 4. The on-site shooting is normal, indicating that the power supply is not faulty. 5. The light spot shooting is not normal, indicating that there is a problem with the power supply. 6. When the power supply is normal, connect the control line and measure the switch control pin on the wiring board with a multimeter. When the power supply does not emit light, the normal voltage is above 4V and below 3V, and the output of the motherboard is abnormal. When lighting, the voltage of this pin should be lower than 2 volts, and the output will be abnormal when it is higher than 2.5 volts. 7. Check whether the water circulation is normal, whether the water flow is intermittent, and whether there is any problem with the water protector.
