For enhancing team cohesion and improving the spirit of co-operation among staff, Correct Pack Team organized an activity to Xi'an traveling. We chose Xi'an as the destination because it not only has a long history and rich cultural heritage, but also has a lot of food and entertainment activities for us to fully relax.
Our itinerary was very well organized and included visits to the iconic sites in Xi'an, such as the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall. At these places, we not only enjoyed the spectacular scenery, but also learned a lot of stories about Chinese history and culture. In addition, we also tasted the authentic Xi'an cuisines, such as meat buns, mutton dumplings, cold skin, etc. These cuisines gave us a good enjoyment on our taste buds as well!
We participated in some group activities together, like ice-breaking games, teamwork challenges, hiking competitions and so on. Through these activities, we not only improved our understanding of each other, but also enhanced our teamwork skills. Especially in the hiking competition, we encouraged each other to help each other and showed a very good team spirit.
Overall, this Xi'an travelling group building activity is a very meaningful activity. It not only gave us a better understanding of Chinese history and culture, but also gave us a deeper understanding of our company culture and values. We believe that in the future work, we will be more united and contribute to the development of the company.
